The Assumption Outreach Center

Mission Statement

We of Assumption Outreach Center, Toledo, Ohio, declare ourselves to be a welcoming organization of open hearts and offered hands. It is our mission to reach out in the spirit of Jesus Christ, sharing our faith and our resources. We cherish the contributions of all cultures, vocations, and lifestyles.

We commit ourselves to sharing God's Word through social action. Our outreach program to the neighborhood coexists with the Autism Academy of Learning and Women Blessing Women. We also sponsor a mission to the poor in Guatemala, Central America.

We are part of the global community. We strive to increase our awareness in the lives and struggles of other peoples who seek to live with dignity in a just and peaceful world. We seek out ways to do what we can to assist these people in their struggle.
